A nanoparticle-based oral vaccine delivery system activates intestinal mucosal immunity through hydrogen gas, enhancing vaccine efficacy via inherent propulsion in response to the biological environment.

Exosome Isolation Using Chitosan Oligosaccharide Lactate‐1‐Pyrenecarboxylic Acid-Based Self-Assembled Magnetic Nanoclusters

Prevention02.png

Chitosan oligosaccharide lactate-pyrenecarboxylic acid magnetic nanoclusters (CMNCs) enable efficient exosome isolation with high purity and preserved structural integrity. CMNCs optimize size, stability, and lipid bilayer interactions, offering scalability and reusability. Western blot analysis confirms superior performance compared to conventional methods, supporting their potential for advanced exosome studies.

Application of metal-organic frameworks for photocatalytic degradation of microplastics: Design, challenges, and scope

Microplastics (MPs), pollutants resistant to conventional treatment, harm ecosystems and enter the food chain. This study explores the underutilized potential of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for photocatalytic degradation of MPs in aquatic environments. By analyzing hydrolysis, oxidation, and adsorption mechanisms, the research evaluates MOF efficiencies, challenges, and safety concerns, providing insights into developing effective and eco-friendly MP mitigation strategies.
